(RTTNews) – Abacus Global Management, Inc. (ABX), a financial services company focused on alternative asset management and financial planning, said its founders Sean McNealy, Matthew Ganovsky and Scott Kirby have cancelled their previously established Rule 10b5-1 trading plans for the potential sale of their company shares.
The founders said they decided to retain their current ownership positions after determining that continued alignment with shareholders outweighed their personal liquidity and diversification objectives.
Even if the plans had been completed, each founder would have remained among the company’s largest individual shareholders, Abacus noted.
The founders are transitioning from their day-to-day operational roles as part of the company’s previously planned evolution.
On the NYSE, Abacus shares closed down 2.49% at $7.82 on Wednesday.
